Now Hiring: Administrative Assistant / CSR – Grand Prairie, TX 75050
Shift, Schedule, and Pay:
1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | $20 per hour
Regal Staffing Services is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative in Grand Prairie, TX. This position combines administrative and customer service responsibilities and requires strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support and customer service via phone, email, and other channels
Assist with the preparation of daily invoicing and documentation
Support managers with daily tasks in their absence
Accurately execute and log shipping transactions, deliveries, bills of lading, and other regulatory documents according to schedule
Assist with general sales inquiries, including requests for quotes, order entry, and order status updates
Support tasks related to audits such as inventory and ISO 9001 compliance
Assist with departmental reporting, including open order reports, shipping reports, and expedite reports
Work alongside the ISO Management Representative
Support various department leads with day-to-day tasks and objectives
Fill in for various positions as assigned by management
Follow all company policies, procedures, and work instructions
Maintain a positive and professional work environment and high employee morale
Carry out responsibilities in an ethical and conscientious manner
Participate in the organization’s continual improvement program
Comply with ISO 9001 requirements, the Quality Policy, and quality system objectives
Understand the consequences of non-compliance with the quality management system
Perform other duties as assigned
Experience:
Up to two (2) years of operations experience
Experience in an industrial distribution environment is a plus
Experience working in an ISO 9001 environment is a plus
Relevant education may be accepted in lieu of experience
