As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment at a prominent commercial real estate location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to everyone you encounter. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required as you will be responsible for patrolling the premises by vehicle and/or on foot. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, responding to inquiries and assisting with any security-related concerns. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $24.25 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Mon 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Tue 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What Youll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel. Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site-specific policies. Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter unwanted behavior and provide reassurance to clients and visitors. Complete required reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
