Master’s degree from an ABA program (required)
National BCBA certification (active and in good standing)
Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred

Board Certified Behavior Analyst Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and data-driven evaluations
Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Collaborate with educators, families, and IEP teams to support student success
Provide training and consultation for staff on behavioral strategies and interventions
Track progress toward student behavior goals and adjust supports as needed
Ensure all documentation is timely and compliant with IDEA and state regulations
