Your Role and Impact:
Deliver direct, one on one ABA therapy to children within our center.
Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
Use play based and structured ABA techniques to teach new skills.
Collect data and track client progress meticulously.
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
What You Bring:
Experience working with children is a plus (ABA, childcare, education, or behavioral health).
A dependable, positive, and eager to learn attitude.
A genuine desire to make a real difference in a child's life.
Availability for daytime and/or after school hours.
