\n What’s a Typical Day Like: \n\n

\n\t
• Perform inspections on commercial and residential buildings under construction or repair to ensure compliance with building codes and ordinances.\n\t
• Make recommendations to contractors, engineers, and architects regarding necessary changes in plans.\n\t
• Maintain accurate and current inspection records.\n\t
• Prepare reports and ensure project requirements are met and compliant.\n\t
• Drive to and inspect various job sites throughout the State of Florida.\n\t
• Oversee maintenance of company vehicle and adhere to driving laws.\n\t
• Attend department meetings and support business needs with flexible schedules.\n

\n Outstanding Fit If You: \n\n

\n\t
• Have a valid Florida Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.\n\t
• Can pass background check screening per Florida's Jessica Lunsford Act.\n\t
• Possess ability to perform physical tasks like driving, standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 75 lbs.\n\t
• Thrive in outdoor environments, handling adverse weather conditions.\n\t
• Are comfortable working varying shift schedules, including overnight and weekends if necessary.\n
