Now Hiring: Copy Center / Mailroom Associate
Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated to provide excellent service? Were looking for a Copy Center / Mailroom Associate who will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our on-site digital imaging and mailroom services.
This position supports a wide range of print, copy, scan, and mail tasks ensuring seamless service and satisfaction for our clients. Youll be the go-to expert and liaison between POA and client staff, helping maintain the professional, efficient flow of their workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service and professional communication
Provide high-quality copy/print production, document scanning, and file organization
Sort and distribute mail/packages across departments
Assist with facility upkeep, including stocking supplies and maintaining a tidy environment
Coordinate with client personnel to explain services, turnaround times, and delivery schedules
Operate and maintain office equipment, including production printers and finishing/bindery tools
Ensure confidentiality and security of all client materials at all times
Contribute to a clean, efficient workspace, including conference room setup and recycling
What You Bring to the Table
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); InDesign a plus
Experience with print production equipment and office machinery preferred
Excellent multitasking and time management skills
Strong communication, professionalism, and a team-oriented attitude
Willingness to take initiative and work independently
Ability to lift 40+ lbs., and perform physical tasks (walking, bending, standing)
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
MondayFriday availability
