Regal Staffing Services is currently recruiting for the role of Customer Service Order Manager in the Coppell area. This position will be responsible for ensuring the quality of all sales orders and managing RMAs. They lead a team of customer service representatives who manage all administrative aspects of the sales process, including quotation, order entry, and customer communication.

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in customer service and/or purchasing.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and general computer skills
• Experience with order management – ERP Systems. Experience with NetSuite is beneficial.
• An effective leader who can work across the organization at all levels with experience managing a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, make quick decisions, and communicate with the team.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic, competitive market.
• High level of accuracy and detail with error-free orders.
• Pass a background check

Pay Rate: $25.60/HR

Shift: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
