Job Description

Midnight Creative is seeking *dedicated and detail-oriented Event Coordinators* to join our team for our *national touring theater productions*. This hybrid position requires a mix of *in-office collaboration* (half the week) and *remote work* (half the week).

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of touring theater productions.
* Manage logistics, scheduling, and communication with vendors, venues, and production teams.
* Travel regularly to support live events (approximately *twice per month*).
* Ensure seamless event operations, including setup, troubleshooting, and on-site coordination.
* Maintain flexibility to work *most weekends*, as required by the event schedule.

*Qualifications:*

* Previous experience in *event coordination, live entertainment, or theater production* is a plus.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing schedules.
* Willingness to travel frequently and be available on weekends as needed.
* Must be 21+

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
