Job Summary:
The Events Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, including conferences, trade show booths, and client engagement activities. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
· Event Planning and Execution: Lead the planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, and other events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and meet objectives.
· Booth Management: Oversee the design, setup, and management of trade show booths, including coordinating with vendors and ensuring brand consistency.
· Client Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage clients during events, including networking opportunities, presentations, and interactive activities.
· Budget Management: Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.
· Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to align event goals with overall business objectives.
· Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure necessary services and negotiate contracts.
· Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement.

· Proven experience in event planning and management.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
· Proficiency in event management software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications/Writing or 5 plus years in Marketing and Public Relations.
· 1-5 years of marketing experience, preferably with a healthcare company or vendor/solution
