Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a First Line Manufacturing Manager (Level K) to join our Emergent Operations (EO) team in Everett, Washington !
Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines
Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies
Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Leads, develops and motivates employees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience working in an aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment
3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role
1+ years of experience with continuous process improvement initiatives
1+ years of experience with process development and documentation
Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends, holiday, and overtime
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Demonstrated adaptability when faced with new challenges
Ability to motivate, inspire, and forge connections when under pressure
Passion for celebrating successes and ability to effect "small wins" for the team
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

Summary pay range: $110,400 - $134,500
