Forensic Accounting Intern

Investigative accounting internship positions available: August 2025 - December 2025; January 2026 - May 2026. Start and end dates are flexible.

Key Responsibilities

During your internship, you'll get real-world experience working with talented professionals in investigative accounting engagements that involve working with commercial property insurers in evaluating physical damage and business income losses suffered by businesses resulting from catastrophes. Projects may include reviewing and analyzing historical financial and industry information, revenue and expense projections, insurance claim evaluations and economic damage evaluations. Assignments provide exposure to a wide range of industries from small local retail stores to multinational entities.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

The successful candidate will have the following requirements: Junior or senior level student, Accounting major, Minimum 3.0 GPA, Proficient understanding of Microsoft Windows and Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel skills that are considered to be an intermediate or advanced level. The candidate should also be open to training in other Windows-based applications. Motivation and enthusiasm! Our clients have come to expect high levels of service and expertise. Base hourly rates for this role typically range between $30-$32/hour.
