Job Description

Our client, a leading security services provider, is seeking a Gatekeeper (Unarmed) to join their team. As a Gatekeeper, you will be part of the security team supporting the overall safety and security of the facility. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen sense of observation, and a commitment to excellent customer service, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Gatekeeper (Unarmed)

Location: Mcallen, TX

Pay Rate: $9

What's the Job?

• Monitor and control access at the facility’s main gate.
• Log all visitors, deliveries, and vehicles entering or exiting the premises.
• Verify identification, issue visitor passes, and provide directions or instructions as needed.
• Conduct regular perimeter checks and report any suspicious activity or safety hazards.
• Maintain accurate records and daily activity reports.

What's Needed?

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to remain alert and attentive during the full shift.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
