🚨 We're Hiring: Instructional Designer / eLearning Developer (Hybrid – Oakbrook Terrace, IL)

💼 Full-Time | 🕗 8 AM–5 PM | 💲 $33.10–$38.80/hr

📍 Hybrid Schedule : Onsite Tues–Thurs | Remote Mon & Fri

A major enterprise PMO team is looking for a creative and skilled Instructional Designer to help transform how project managers are onboarded and trained. You’ll work with a focused team to develop engaging, web-based training using existing content—fast, effective, and learner-centered.

🎯 What You’ll Do:

• Turn static content into interactive, on-demand eLearning
• Build modules in Articulate Storyline , with media created using WellSaid (original) and Beyond
• Incorporate gamification, video, and strong UI/UX design
• Publish and manage training through an LMS
• Support scalable onboarding and training initiatives across the org

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in instructional design/eLearning development
• Proficiency with Storyline , WellSaid (original) , and Beyond
• Solid understanding of instructional design best practices
• Experience with gamified learning
• Strong writing & communication skills
• Portfolio or examples of work required
• LMS experience

🔍 Utilities experience is a plus—but not required.
