A high-profile couple is seeking a world-class, highly experienced Property Manager to oversee their residences and provide top-tier management of their homes and grounds. The primary property is a 75-acre Bedford estate, currently undergoing a significant two-year renovation (completion expected 2027), which will include private staff quarters and a pool house. Until completion, the couple is residing temporarily in Westport, CT while maintaining their Soho, NYC residence.
The ideal candidate is professional, discreet, and flexible, with a proven track record of managing luxury estates and delivering “best in class” service. This is a live-in position (private accommodations provided) requiring availability 24/7 for both planned and unexpected needs.
Estate Oversight & Project Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for all contractors, vendors, and renovation teams at the Bedford estate.
Manage large-scale construction timelines, budgets, and deliverables in coordination with ownership.
Ensure properties are maintained to the highest standard at all times.
Day-to-Day Household Management
Accept and manage deliveries/packages at all residences.
Oversee household systems, maintenance, and repairs across properties.
Manage vendor relationships, scheduling, and service contracts.
Supervise household staff, including an Executive Housekeeper and part-time housekeeper.
Owner & Guest Support
Provide hands-on assistance with property readiness for family and guests.
Coordinate hospitality standards, seasonal changes, and special events.
Ensure security, privacy, and discretion at all times.
Relocation & Flexibility
Split time as needed between Bedford (primary focus), Westport (temporary residence through 2027), and Soho (occasional visits).
Relocate permanently to Bedford once the estate renovation is complete.
Minimum 7–10 years of high-level estate or property management experience with UHNW families.
Strong project management background with experience in large-scale renovations.
Proven leadership in managing household staff and outside vendors.
Highly flexible, proactive, and resourceful with a “no task too small” approach.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong knowledge of property systems, security, and estate operations.
Must be willing to live on-site (private staff accommodations provided).
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between properties as needed.
$150,000 annual salary.
Private staff quarters provided on Bedford estate.
