Marketing Specialist

Trillium Staffing is now hiring a Marketing Lead in Midland, MI for direct-hire!

Pay is starting at $65K/year. Schedule is M-F 8am-5pm.

Marketing Lead Essential Duties include:

• Plan, launch, and manage integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns including content, email, paid/organic social, and landing pages to support brand awareness and lead generation goals.
• Translate technical product capabilities into compelling digital content ensuring brand consistency across platforms and aligning with campaign goals and customer needs.

Marketing Lead Requirements:

• Minimum of five years' experience in marketing/branding, with at least three years in manufacturing marketing; B2B marketing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CRM tools, and social media management software.
• Strong project management and content creation skills with proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and communicate technical concepts effectively.
