Position Summary The Materials Associate will receive, unpack, verify, and store raw materials. Issue raw material to job routers and deliver to appropriate work areas. Minimum of one to 3 months of related work experience in manufacturing environment Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Ability to work independently and exercise judgment Receive raw material and out-vend production parts Enter receipt of raw material and deliveries into computer Issue raw material to specific job routers and production units Perform weekly cycle-counting to ensure material counts are correct Deliver received items to specific areas or people within the manufacturing plant May operate company van for local deliveries Additional functions and requirements may be assigned by supervisor/manager Other Requirements Work Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
