Nature of Work: Altitude Sports is looking for a talented junior-level motion graphics designer to join our Creative Services team. The Motion Graphics Designer I position will design and build 2D and 3D graphics for Altitude Sports, including elements for live game and studio production, network promos, sponsors, and digital. Examples of work performed: Design and create motion graphics used in all areas of Creative Services production including live game and show graphics, sales elements, digital, marketing, on-air promotions, and other KSE projects Develop the look and feel of motion design projects under the guidance of the Creative Director and more senior designers Create sample graphics, layouts, and storyboards and make recommendations on new looks for elements Coordinate creative requests, production, and delivery of graphics for Creative Services department This description is a summary only and is describing the general level of work being performed, it is not intended to be all-inclusive. Working Conditions & Physical Demands: Typical Office Conditions Qualifications: Minimum High School Diploma or GED Demonstrated proficiency as a motion graphics designer using Adobe After Effects or similar software - applicants must provide a reel or samples of previous motion design work to be considered for the position Applicants must meet the minimum qualifications at the time of hire Preferred Associate or bachelor's degree in graphic design, media production, or related field 1+ years professional experience in motion graphics design in a broadcast, agency or production environment Competencies/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Proficient in use of Adobe Creative Cloud software for design and editing, including After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, and Photoshop Experience with 3D design and software including Cinema 4D is a plus Knowledge of pro sports and KSE teams Strong verbal and written communication skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook Ability to work with both Mac and Windows OS environments Ability to maintain positive attitude and demonstrate professionalism Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Ability to complete work accurately and in a timely manner Self-starter with ability to work independently & in a group setting and demonstrate good judgment skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt to changing environments Compensation Base Salary Range $21.58 per hour Benefits Include 12 Paid Company Holidays Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision) Paid Time Off (PTO) Life Insurance Short and Long-term Disability Health Savings Account (HSA) Flexible Spending plans (FSAs) 401K plan/Employer Match Equal Employment Opportunity Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE) provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
