Order Picker on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift!

You will be responsible for picking orders, packaging, labeling boxes, and loading packages onto UPS trucks using a conveyor system. This position involves utilizing an advanced AI inventory system to improve efficiency and picking rates.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders by pushing a cart equipped with a tablet that guides you on what to pick, how many, and where in the warehouse.
• Fill up to 12 orders at a time, each represented by a tote on your cart.
• Utilize the AI inventory system to locate and pick products close to each other.
• Load picked orders onto a conveyor for transfer to the packaging area.
• Stand by a conveyor, remove products from totes, and pack them into boxes.
• Use an automated system that indicates which boxes to use for packing.
• Assemble boxes, package items, run them through a tape machine, and label them.
• Load finished packages into UPS trucks.
• Meet key performance indicators (KPI) of 100 lines per hour.

MUST

• Ability to walk 3-5 miles per day and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Proficiency in packing boxes, order picking, and using an RF scanner.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.10/hr.
