Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for an experienced Patent Attorney. The Patent Attorney will be responsible for managing patent prosecution, including drafting and filing patent applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage patent prosecution, including drafting and filing patent applications.

Qualifications

• Experience in patent counseling and prosecution related to electrical, computer, software, and mechanical arts
• Skills in drafting and filing patent applications
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of USPTO processes and procedures
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice before the USPTO and a state bar
• Technical degree in electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, or related fields is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
