Expert Legal Recruitment Consultant across the United States | Sourcing top level talent in Intellectual Property & Entertainment Law

Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

Compensation: $200,000- 300,000 (based on experience)

This mid-sized law firm, based in Chicago, offers a full range of legal services across multiple practice areas, including corporate law, intellectual property, litigation, and private wealth services. The Role / Ideal Candidate

• 3-6 years of experience in patent litigation and/or prosecution law
• Candidates need pharmaceutical patent litigation experience, preferably Hatch-Waxman Litigation experience
• Performing tasks such as drafting briefs and related motions and drafting and responding to discovery requests and letters from opposing counsel.
• Candidate should also be able to break down and assess patent demands, work up invalidity arguments, draft office action responses and help draft applications.
• Stable employment at large to mid-size firm background (preferred)
• Strong Educational background (preferred)
• Excellent writing and research skills
