The Configuration and Data Management (CDM) organization is responsible for ensuring our products are under configuration control and delivered on time. The CDM Organization consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices, and our customers. Disciplines in the CDM organization participate in the life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation.
What You Will Do \n - Identifies all data deliverables made part of a contract
\n - Builds a data track in a Product Data Management (PDM) system
\n - Identifies, with help from the Program Office, the appropriate preparers, receives the data within PDM, and reviews the data for compliance
\n - Solicits and secures appropriate programmatic approval, and delivers the information to the customer on time, throughout the lifecycle of the contract.
\n - Reviews sub-tier contractor requirements, builds data tracks for supplier submissions, and receives data from various suppliers
\n - Approval routing, and/or incorporation, into prime contractor deliverables to the customer
\n - Secure non-deliverable program work products to be configuration controlled in the PDM system and other related tasking

Qualifications You Must Have \n - Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
\n - Experience with government standards and processes, such as described in EIA-649 (Configuration Management)
\n - Experience with GEIA-859, Data Management
\n - Current and Active US Secret Security Clearance
\n

Qualifications We Prefer \n - Ability to interpret scheduling and milestone requirements
\n - Experience with Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
\n - Strong business acumen including planning, forecasting, analytical skills and ability to negotiate and influence
\n - Can work in a team-based environment consisting of organizational and outside customer contacts to meet project goals.
\n - Sense of urgency; ability to meet challenging deadlines, and attention to detail
\n - Strong skills in interpersonal communications, relationship building, and in collaborating on cross-functional teams comprised of diverse personalities and skill sets
\n - Experience with generating Data Management productivity metrics and reports
\n - Experience with estimating, proposing and managing Data Management cost and schedule on a program
\n - Experienced in Windchill or similar product data management (PDM) tools
\n - Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certification, with relevant experience
\n - Active DOD clearance
\n

- Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 90,000 USD - 182,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
