Job Description

Localization Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive localization strategies to ensure our products are tailored to meet the needs of diverse global markets.
Platform Development: Oversee the development and enhancement of our platform to support seamless integration of localization and translation services.
Translation Management: Manage the translation process, including coordinating with external vendors, ensuring quality control, and optimizing workflows.
Global Links: Ensure the accuracy and relevance of global links across our products, maintaining consistency and usability for international users.
Machine Learning Integration: Leverage machine learning technologies to enhance localization and translation processes, improving efficiency and accuracy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to align localization and translation efforts with overall product goals.
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of users in different regions and use these insights to inform product decisions.
Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of localization and translation initiatives.
User Experience: Ensure that localized products provide an excellent user experience, maintaining high standards of quality and usability.
