BC forward is currently seeking a highly motivated Recruiter 2 for remote opportunity.

Position Title: Recruiter 2

Location: Remote

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.

Expected Duration: 5+ Months

Job Type: CONTRACT

Pay Range: $28/hr to $35/hr on W2

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

1. PRIOR MSFT RECRUITING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

2. 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, in a sourcing or recruiting capacity

OR Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field

3. Have a good understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles and is able to develop a strategy to achieve hiring objectives with tight deadlines.

Summary:

Responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment process for all FTE roles open across Azure data, security, MAI, commercial/Sales, Marketing lines of business. This consists of sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers or rejecting candidates, and onboarding.

Relationship building skills - Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.

Candidate Engagement and pipelining skills – Contacting applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection and keeping candidates warm and available for upcoming roles

Key Responsibilities:

Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.

Knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices and other work-related activities.

Boolean Search String knowledge. Able to conduct x-ray Boolean search string across multiple platforms to find talent.

Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection and training.

Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Required Skills & Experience:
