The Regional Director of Property Management oversees the operations of multiple properties within the portfolio, focusing on maximizing profitability, ensuring compliance, and providing excellent resident relations. This role involves strategic planning, financial management, team leadership, and ensuring properties meet high standards. Must be willing to relocate to the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Budgeting:

    Develop and implement strategic plans, property budgets, and long-term management plans for all properties within the region.

  • Financial Management:

    Monitor financial performance, analyze budgets, and ensure adherence to financial goals and profitability.

  • Team Leadership and Supervision:

    Hire, train, supervise, and mentor property managers and support staff, ensuring their performance and development.

  • Property Operations:

    Oversee day-to-day operations, including maintenance, repairs, leasing, and marketing efforts.

  • Compliance and Regulations:

    Ensure properties comply with all relevant local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

  • Tenant Relations:

    Address tenant inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and effective manner, fostering positive tenant relationships.

  • Property Inspections:

    Conduct regular property inspections to ensure standards are met and identify areas for improvement.

  • Market Analysis:

    Analyze market trends to make informed property management decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Vendor Management:

    Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
