As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, providing a welcoming and professional presence. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and assisting with inquiries to help create a secure and comfortable environment. You will remain visible at the front desk, helping to deter security-related incidents through your attentive and approachable demeanor. Exceptional customer service and clear communication are key, as you will interact regularly with residents, visitors, and staff. What Youll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and/or credentials as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences.
• Communicate professionally with residents, guests, and property management to address inquiries and/or concerns.
• Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate, coordinating with Allied Universal management and local authorities as needed.
• Support a welcoming environment while helping to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
