Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Employment Type: Contract (12 months)

Work Schedule: 40 hours/week (Hybrid – 2 days onsite in Nashville, professional attire required)

Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our client’s IT team. This role will focus on reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs to support strategic initiatives. *The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ERP systems and a solid understanding of SOX controls.*

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Document detailed business and functional requirements.
• Define scope and objectives aligned with overall business strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, and operations.
• Lead and mentor junior analysts or project team members.
• Support testing, implementation, and post-deployment activities.

Must-Have Experience:

• Strong background in business systems analysis
• Experience working with SOX controls
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 6–8 years of experience in business analysis or a related discipline
• Familiarity with industry-standard concepts, practices, and procedures
• Strong judgment and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead initiatives
