Regal Staffing Services now hiring a Structural MIG Welder located in the Dallas, 75220 area.

Shift/Pay Rate:

• Schedule: 1st Shift – Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Pay: $23-27 DOE & demonstrated skill level

Responsibilities:

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Perform MIG welding (GMAW) on structural carbon steel components and fabricated assemblies
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
• Lay out, position, align, and secure parts and assemblies using fixtures, jigs, and clamps
• Operate grinders, cutting tools, and hand/power tools to prepare and finish work
• Inspect completed welds for structural integrity and dimensional accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized welding workstation
• Operate overhead cranes and jib hoists safely and in accordance with company policy
• Follow all OSHA and company safety standards and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of MIG welding experience in a structural or industrial fabrication environment
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and welding symbols
• Familiarity with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) preferred
• Capable of producing clean, consistent welds with minimal rework
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong work ethic with a focus on quality, safety, and production deadlines
• Willingness to work overtime as required
• Must have a stable work history
• Pass background and drug screen
