Who are they looking for?

As a Talent Manager at the LA office of a world-renowned digital & talent agency, you will play a pivotal role in representing and advancing the careers of digital talent & creators.

Leveraging your industry knowledge, network of contacts and negotiation skills, you'll collaborate with clients and industry professionals to secure brand partnerships opportunities and drive overall career success.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for a roster of digital talent
• Identify both established and up-and-coming creators to sign for your roster
• Actively source and secure lucrative brand partnerships and collaborations
• Negotiate contracts on behalf of talent, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with their career objectives and values
• Devise talent strategy that incorporates broadcast, podcast, literary & IP also

Requirements

• 3+ years experience within digital-first talent management
• Proven success in signing established talent
• Commercially savvy, able to negotiate complex contracts
• An expert knowledge of the creator economy
