Insight Global is hiring for a Program Manager to sit onsite in Stamford, CT for a large, telecommunication company. This person will be joining the Customer Operations organization within Business Integration. This Program Manager will be working on new initiative where for SMB mobile customers, they will utilize a clients' infrastructure/network and they themselves will provide the customer service. This program manager will be working cross functionally with various teams both inside and outside the organization, consisting of both technical and non-technical stakeholders (IT, development, testing, billing, etc). On a day-to-day, this Program Manager will spend 50% of their time planning/implementing schedules and monitoring program from inception through delivery, 25% defining and reporting program roadmap, status, development issues and success metrics, 10% identifying and monitors areas of risk and coordinating the projects and their interdependencies, while the last 15%: managing stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.
