Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator – Network to provide essential administrative and operational support to a dynamic team within the telecom/wireless sector. This role will focus on managing project timelines, tracking deliverables, preparing reports, coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring accurate documentation across various internal and external systems. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and has strong data review and reporting skills, with intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. Experience with Agile practices and Power BI is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update internal and third-party tracking systems to ensure accurate project status reporting.
  • Create, edit, and distribute correspondence related to team initiatives, projects, or programs.
  • Provide administrative support for team meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and note-taking.
  • Identify and escalate potential project issues to management before they reach critical status.
  • Maintain organized, accurate, and complete project and program documentation.
  • Generate ad hoc and scheduled reports to support project and operational performance tracking.
  • Submit purchase orders and manage contractor invoice processing.
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of internal events, trainings, and team functions.
  • Support general office management tasks, including supply ordering and meeting logistics.
  • Collaborate across teams to support cross-functional operations.

Required Education & Certifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a telecom or wireless environment with a focus on project coordination or administrative support.
  • Strong experience with data review and reporting .
  • Permitting and licensing knowledge is helpful but not required.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools is preferred.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio); experience with Smartsheet is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset .
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to collaborate across diverse teams.

Working Conditions:

  • This role operates in a standard office environment , with no exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
  • Occasional travel may be required for local meetings or events.
