Compensation:
Begin your career at a competitive rate of $36.51-$40/hour , payable weekly.

Shift Schedule:
Join us on the 2 nd shift from 2:00pm to 10:30pm.

Role Responsibilities:

• Revamp regular maintenance procedures for all machinery within the thermoforming process.
• Employ diagnostic skills to solve electrical hurdles promptly.
• Manage AC/DC drives and advanced control systems adeptly.
• Enhance current equipment to superior operational standards.
• Utilize Maintenance Connection to deliver up-to-date work order status.
• Implement safety regulations while ensuring a pristine workspace.
• Leverage a range of skills from project management to teamwork to maintain efficiency.

Requirements for Success:

• Hold a high school diploma, with a preference for further technical credentials.
• 3-5 years proven industry experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of electric systems, mechanics, and pneumatic frameworks essential.
• Proficient in PLC systems, especially when dealing with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.
• Possess essential tools for the job and an aptitude for safe and effective use.
• Demonstrated ability to merge into team settings seamlessly.
• Willingness to adjust working hours per business necessities.
