Meyer's of Syracuse is seeking a talented, fresh, energetic individual to join our team and assist in our title office. The Title Clerk is accountable for performing the duties and responsibilities described below:
· Submit complete and accurate title/registration paperwork within state required compliance deadlines.
· Review and research title documentation for completion.
· Communicates with customers to help with any title/registration concerns or questions.
· Occasional DMV run to process deals.
· Filing.
· Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
· Prior title clerk experience is encouraged.
· Keep sensitive information confidential.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Detail orientated, adaptable to meet and work with fluctuating deadlines.
· Excellent follow through skills.
· Embrace a dynamic and ever-changing work environment.
· Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in fast-paced working environment.
· Ability to work independently and with a team.
