L.K. Jordan & Associates is partnering with a well-respected title company in Austin, TX to hire an experienced Commercial Title Examiner. If you have a strong background in examining commercial titles, and are confident navigating complex title issues, this could be a great next step in your career.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conducting in-depth research of public, court, and bankruptcy records to establish property ownership and uncover any encumbrances
• Analyzing legal documents, maps, and surveys to ensure accurate legal descriptions
• Preparing detailed and organized title commitments and related documentation
• Drafting clear, professional responses to client objections or questions
• Collaborating with escrow officers, attorneys, lenders, surveyors, and underwriters
• Supporting team goals while maintaining strict confidentiality standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial title examination
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work well under deadlines and contribute to a collaborative environment
• Proficient in public record search tools, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and title plant software
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
