Talent4Health is seeking a travel CVOR First Assist for a travel job in Wausau, Wisconsin.

Job Description & Requirements

Radius Rule: Contractors must be outside a 50 mile radius
CVOR FIRST ASSIST
Guaranteed Hours per Week: 40 hrs
Shift Requirements: Variable day shifts. 630-1500 daily shift. Will need a phone # to a past Surgeon that candidate worked with as a First Assist for a reference. 
Float Requirements: None
On Call/Call-Back: 1 night a week, 1 backup call a week and then 1 weekend per month
Weekend/Holiday: weekends for call. Holiday rotation
Required Certifications: AHA BLS, Certified Surgical First Assistant NBSTS or NSAA. 
Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent 
Minimum Experience: 3+ year experience in cardiac. FIRST ASSIST EXPERIENCE CVOR. . prior travel REQUIRED.
Trauma II experience REQUIRED. 
Unit Specific skillset: CVOR
Required skillset: FA CVOR
Charting/Equipment: NA - facility uses epic charting 
Endoscopic vein harvesting needed for this position.
CVOR FA will do the full array of on and off pump CABG, valve replacements, and some robotics cases. Facility used DaVinci. 
Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates.
