Position: RN-Telemetry (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-Telemetry for a 20-week contract in Augusta, Georgia — earn up to ($1705 - $1795 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.

• Monitor and interpret telemetry data to assess patient conditions.

• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

• Utilize performance metrics to evaluate and improve nursing practices.

• Educate patients and families on health management and telemetry procedures.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

• Engage in regular feedback sessions to enhance personal and team performance.

• Contribute to a positive team environment focused on achieving results.

• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times.

• Manage time effectively to meet patient care deadlines and targets.

• Assist in the orientation and training of new nursing staff.

Experience/Qualifications

• Current RN license in Georgia with telemetry nursing experience.

• Proficiency in interpreting telemetry data and monitoring patient conditions.

• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with healthcare teams.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

• Ability to educate patients and families on health management.

• Experience with performance metrics to enhance nursing practices.

• Strong documentation skills for accurate patient care records.
