Position: RN-Telemetry (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-Telemetry for a 13-week contract in Saratoga Springs, New York — earn up to ($2083 - $2193 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.

  • Monitor and interpret telemetry data to assess patient conditions.

  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop patient care plans.

  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

  • Utilize performance metrics to evaluate and improve nursing practices.

  • Educate patients and families on health management and telemetry procedures.

  • Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately and timely.

  • Engage in self-assessment and seek feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times.

  • Manage time effectively to meet patient care deadlines and targets.

  • Assist in the orientation and training of new nursing staff.

  • Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Current RN license in New York State, with telemetry certification preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of telemetry nursing experience in a fast-paced environment.

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.

  • Strong commitment to safety protocols and infection control measures.

  • Strong ability to interpret telemetry data and assess patient conditions.

  • Proven track record of collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

  • Ability to document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Excellent communication skills for educating patients and families effectively.
