Job Description

Hello, guys!

We are hiring Box trucks owner-operators for our company VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER. We work within an independent contract agreement and offer very competitive rates. You can always negotiate the rate with our dispatchers as well.

A large number of loads. Each of our dispatchers has 4+ years of experience, thus more than enough broker contacts.


Competitive rates:

  • 12 - 16 ft Box Trucks (long miles, all areas): $1.30 - $1.70. Canada: $1.50 - $1.90.
  • Personalized loads. We ask you in detail what kinds of loads you prefer and only offer you loads you will be interested in - this way saving a lot of time for you
  • Payment: 3-5 business days, quick pay 3%

Days range: Monday-Friday

Basic Requirements:

  • You should have your own vehicle ( 12-16 ft Box trucks without log book or ELD).
  • Be: a US citizen, resident, green card or work authorization holder.
  • You and your drivers should be at least 21 years of age.
  • You and your drivers should speak, understand, and read basic English. We also hire Russian speakers.
  • All drivers should be approved, accepted, and registered with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER to accept a load from the company.
  • VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER does not hire company drivers. You are submitting the application to execute a written independent contractor agreement as an owner-operator.


Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate the Sprinter or Cargo Van to transport goods to designated locations.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively in English.


Vehicle Requirements:

  • Box truck 12-16 ft should not be older than 2010.
  • All vehicles should have a minimum of 4 straps and PPE.
  • We don't work with rental or leased vehicles
  • All decals should be removed.
  • If you make any changes to your vehicle, you should inform us before putting the vehicle on the road. You must also send registration and insurance for the vehicle.
  • Driving experience of 6 months.


Minimum average monthly salary: $8,000 and more (It depends on the vehicle, willingness to work, payload, Hazmat certificate, TSA/TWIC)
