Overview:

Ōnin Staffing is looking for hard-working individuals to join our construction team for new residential and commercial HVAC installation. This position is perfect for those looking to learn a trade, grow their skills, and gain hands-on experience working on construction job sites.

What You’ll Do:

• Install HVAC ductwork in residential and commercial construction settings
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, etc.)
• Learn and grow with a team of experts
• Company truck provided after training and advancement
• Paid time for lunch (extra hour daily) and paid idle time

Work Experience Requirements:

• Reliable transportation to report to Alabaster office daily
• No tools required (tools are a bonus)
