Position: RN-NICU-Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-NICU-Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for a 13-week contract in Atlanta, Georgia — earn up to ($2221 - $2338 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to neonatal patients in the NICU.

  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

  • Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and health status regularly.

  • Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.

  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.

  • Evaluate and adjust care based on patient progress and feedback.

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

  • Educate families on neonatal care and health management.

  • Engage in performance measurement and improvement initiatives.

  • Utilize data to track patient outcomes and enhance care strategies.

  • Support a positive team environment and contribute to team goals.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Current RN license with specialization in neonatal care.

  • Experience in a NICU setting, providing care to neonatal patients.

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

  • Strong communication skills for effective patient and family interaction.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.

  • Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols.
