Salary: $80-110K

Job Title: Traveling Hardscape Foreman
Location: Cincinnati, OH (Travel Required: March - November/December)
Industry: Construction - Hardscape, Earth Retention, and Segmental Pavement Systems

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage on-site crews through daily scheduling, coordination, and task delegation
• Operate and oversee the use of heavy equipment such as excavators, skid steers, loaders, and forklifts
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and enforce a culture of job site safety
• Liaise with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project alignment
• Oversee the quality and installation of hardscape and segmental pavement systems
• Maintain detailed records of project progress, materials, and labor
• Troubleshoot site challenges and adjust operations as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Travel across the U.S. from March through late fall, following a set rotation schedule

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with Hands-On Construction or Hardscape Experience is required (minimum 5 years)
• Previous experience in a Foreman or Site-Lead Role is required (minimum 2 years)
• Experience with Earth Retention and Segmental Pavement Systems preferred
• OSHA 10 certification and current CPR/First Aid certification
• CDL Class A (or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment)
• Proficient in operating heavy machinery in various environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage teams and client relationships
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the U.S. from spring through late fall
